Watt's Cookin' BBQ!  Irving, TX, Saturday, July 20, 11:30am

Join us for food and fun at the Watt home in Irving.  We will have a smoked BBQ rib lunch prepared by our hosts, Chris & Teresa Watt, with all the fixins', plus iced tea and soda.  Please BYOB if you wish to enjoy your BBQ with your favorite libation.  After lunch, we will play another of our famous games, with prizes for the winners.  Special thanks to Chris & Teresa Watt for hosting this event.

Date and Time:  Saturday, July 20, 11:30am.  Please arrive between 11:30 and noon so we can prepare better.  Lunch will be ready after noon.  Proceed directly to the Watt home.  Map are below.
 

Cost and Signup:  To help offset the cost of food and game prizes, we will charge an event fee of $35 per person for MBCA members and their immediate family members. The non-member fee is $40 per person. You may pay with your credit card or by check.  Please register timely so we can assure ample food and drink for everyone. We also need to provide your name to the guard for him to let you in this gated neighborhood.  Sign up, now!  This event sold out last year.  FIrst come, first served. 

1) To pay online using your credit card:

You can pay for this event with your credit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to do so. If you have a mix of members and non-members attending, use the drop-down menu below to select "MBCA Member", then click the "Add to Cart" button. Then, use the drop-down menu below to select "Non-Member", then click "Add to Cart" . After you are done, click "Proceed to Checkout" from the PayPal screen. Please ensure the quantities for members and non-members reflect the number of attendees in your party.  Your online payment serves as your registration.

Proceed directly to Chris & Teresa Watt's home at 3909 Fox Glen Drive, Irving, TX, 972-839-0390.  Please allow at least 30 minutes to get there from Downtown Fort Worth (assuming light Saturday traffic). You will need to stop at the guard shack and provide your name to be let in the neighborhood.  Please make sure you sign up timely for this event to assure you get on the guest list.
