We will have our Pre-Valentine Dinner at Bonnell's Fine Texas Cuisine, one of Fort Worth's most highly-rated restaurants for fine dining. Chef Jon Bonnell serves certified Texas organic beef, wild game specialties and fresh Gulf seafood in a regional style with spices that fuse Southwestern, Creole and Mexican influences.  Our group menu for this event offers excellent choices for a great dining experience.  We will dine in a private room, after which we will play one of our famous games.  Lucky winners go home with great prizes. Please sign up as soon as you can so we can assure adequate accommodations for dinner.  Let us know you are coming. Group Menu (three-course dinner is included in the event fee below):
 

1) First Course - Choice of:

        Lemon Caesar - Romaine lettuce tossed with lemon Caesar dressing and Parmigiano-Reggiano, or,
        Bonnell’s House Salad - Baby greens from Young's Greenhouse tossed with jalapeno and garlic vinaigrette and topped with queso fresco


2) Second Course - Choice of:

        Pecan-Crusted Texas Redfish - Copper Shoals redfish topped with jumbo lump crab brown butter served with roasted vegetable jasmine rice and haricot verts, or,

        Quail - Served on a seasonal presentation , or,

        Buffalo Tenderloin - Pepper-crusted buffalo filet, pan-seared and topped with a silky whiskey cream sauce served with grilled asparagus and truffled pommes frites, or,
        Texas Ribeye - Grilled Texas ribeye, topped with demi-glace, served with chipotle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

3) Third Course - Choice of:

        Tres Leches Crème Brulee, or,
        Gigi’s Chocolate Amaretto Cake

Tea and coffee included. 

Wine, beer and other libations are extra-cost items available via cash bar.  Credit cards accepted.

 

Cost and Signup:

The 3-course dinner is included in the event fee.  The cost of this event will be $55 per person for MBCA members and their immediate families, and $65 per person for non-members.

Map:  Bonnell's is located at 4259 Bryant Irvin Rd, in west Fort Worth, (817) 738-5489.  From I-35W, head west on I-20.  Immediately after Hulen Street, bear right to head on TX-183 West (do not get on the Chisholm Trail Parkway).  Take the Bryant Irvin exit and stay on the service road.  The restaurant will be on the right just before Bryant Irvin Road stop light.
