Our
2019 Holiday Dinner-Dance will be at the City Club in the heart of Downtown
Fort Worth. The posh City Club has been one of Fort Worth's premier
business and social clubs since its inception. Let us jump start the holidays
with a night of good food, games, prizes, dancing and camaraderie with our
fellow MBCA members. The
agenda, menu and other details follow below. Also below are some hotels located
very close our party venue, in case you would like to
spend the night nearby. Space is limited, so sign up now.

City Club, Presidents Room, 4th Floor,
Bank of America Tower (formerly DR Horton Tower), 301 Commerce Street,
Fort Worth, TX 76102. 817-878-4000.
Time:
6:30pm.
Dress: Cocktail, Coat and Tie.
Cost and Signup: Please sign up as early as you can so we can assure enough food, drink and space for everyone. Family and friends of MBCA members are welcome. The cost of this event will be $55 per person. Cocktails and wine can be ordered at additional cost. You have 2 ways to pay for the event fee:

Our 4-course menu will include:
Soup: Cream of Mushroom Soup, Fresh Mushrooms, Thyme and Sherry.
Salad: Wedge of Iceberg Lettuce with Bacon, Cherry Tomato Pico, Fried Onions, Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
Main Course: Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon with Haricot Verts, Roasted Sweet Potato, Bordeaux Demi.
Dessert: German Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis.
Beverages:
Coffee and tea included. Wine and other
beverages may be ordered at the cash bar at additional
cost. Cash only, please.

Directions to the MBCA Christmas
Dinner at the City Club:
From I-35W, take exit 52A to enter Spur 280 toward downtown Fort Worth.
(This is a right-hand exit from either direction, barring construction
changes.) Bear right onto 4th Street. Go just past the Bass Hall, then turn
right on Commerce Street.
Downtown parking is free during weekends. You can use two parking garages.
Use Garage 1 unless full.
Garage 1: Entry on Commerce St. between 1st & 2nd streets is on the
right. Look for signs to the over-the-street walkway to the Bank of America
Tower / City Club. NOTE: Commerce is one-way heading north in that block.
Garage 2: Entry on Calhoun St. between 3rd and 4th streets is on the
left. Take the elevator bank to Level 3 and take the over-the-street walkway
to the Bank of America Tower / City Club. NOTE: Calhoun is one-way heading
south in that block. Our party is at the City Club on the 4th floor of the
Bank of America Tower (formerly DR Horton Tower).
