Join us for a visit to the Blueberry Hills Farm, where you can pick and take home fresh blueberries (and blackberries).  The farm will provide baskets and pack your blueberries in freezer bags for you to transport in your cooler. You pay only for the berries you pick and take home.  The farm has its own country store and bakery, which sells blueberry (and other fruit) preserves, Blueberries 'n Cream pies, blueberry muffins, blueberry frozen yogurt, and blueberry lemonade. You can also buy pre-picked blueberries from the store. This farm and the family who runs it were featured on the Texas Country Reporter TV show and in Texas Highways Magazine, so you wouldn't want to miss this event. 

After we've had our thrill on Blueberry Hill, we will make our way to the Four Winds Steakhouse at Wills Point.  Once owned by the Cowboys' Lee Roy Jordan, it is run by former Del Frisco Chef Frank Rumore, who will open for lunch just for the club.  We will make our 3-course meal selections from our Group Menu (see below) which will include steak, chicken and fish choices. 

The event fee below includes lunch.  Libations are extra.  Cost of the berries you pick and stuff you buy at Blueberry Hills is also extra.

IMPORTANT!  Blueberry Farm Attire & Stuff:
Closed-toe shoes, hats, sunscreen, loose-fitting shirts, sunglasses.  Maybe bring a change of clothes just in case.  You will need to bring a cooler and some ice so you can take home your loot.
 

Cost and Signup:

We will charge an event fee of $40 per person for MBCA members and their immediate family members. This includes the cost of your lunch.  Non-members are welcome, and will be charged $50 each. Alcoholic beverages are not covered by the event fee - and will be billed individually if you choose to have them with your lunch.  Please register and send your event fee as soon as possible so we can provide a good headcount to the restaurant. You have 2 ways to pay:

1) To pay the event fee online using your credit card:

If you have a mix of members and non-members attending, use the drop-down menu below to select "MBCA Member", then click the "Add to Cart" button. From the PayPal screen, click "Continue Shopping". Then, use the drop-down menu below to select "Non-Member", then click "Add to Cart" . After you are done, click "Proceed to Checkout" from the PayPal screen. Please ensure the quantities for members and non-members reflect the number of attendees in your party. Your online payment serves as your registration.

Meeting Place:
At 8am, we will meet for a briefing at the Starbucks on I-20 at Forest Hill, east of Fort Worth ‎(see map below).  We will depart immediately after the briefing.
